Role Description

This is a full-time Director Of Sales & Marketing role based on-site in Dhaka. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales operations, providing superior customer service, and overseeing business development efforts. Daily tasks include directing team management activities, analyzing sales data, and creating marketing campaigns to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Sales Operations skills
  • Strong Customer Service and Team Management abilities
  • Experience in Business Development
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
