Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Dhaka. The specialist will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, enhancing customer service, and executing sales and marketing training programs. The role will also involve daily sales management, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct Training and development programs for sales teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
