Who we want:

A Business Development Executive who lives and breathes social media, loves storytelling, and can make content that
stops the scroll
. You'll:

  • Shoot & edit viral short-form videos on CapCut/iPhone
  • Run killer online & offline campaigns to grow student leads
  • Work with designers & creators to deliver on-brand, eye-catching visuals
  • Represent MHR at education fairs & events
  • Analyze campaigns to maximize engagement & ROI

You bring:

  • 2+ years business development experience (education/service sector preferred)
  • Social media & short-form video expertise
  • Excellent English & Bengali communication & presentation skills
  • CapCut, Canva & MS Office skills
  • We don't mind if you have a degree or not, but a degree in Marketing/Business is a plus.
