Who we want:
A Business Development Executive who lives and breathes social media, loves storytelling, and can make content that
stops the scroll
. You'll:
- Shoot & edit viral short-form videos on CapCut/iPhone
- Run killer online & offline campaigns to grow student leads
- Work with designers & creators to deliver on-brand, eye-catching visuals
- Represent MHR at education fairs & events
- Analyze campaigns to maximize engagement & ROI

You bring:
- 2+ years business development experience (education/service sector preferred)
- Social media & short-form video expertise
- Excellent English & Bengali communication & presentation skills
- CapCut, Canva & MS Office skills
- We don't mind if you have a degree or not, but a degree in Marketing/Business is a plus.
