Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners, achieving sales targets, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. This position will also require market research to identify emerging trends, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Account Management expertise with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Understanding of business strategies and market analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the chemical or industrial sectors is an advantage
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in CRM tools and basic business software
