Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing
to plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support property sales. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital platforms, creative strategy, and performance marketing with proven experience in the
real estate sector
(preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote properties and company services.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on
    Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube
    .
  • Create engaging content (ad copy, visuals, videos) in collaboration with the design team.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, and website traffic growth.
  • Oversee email and SMS marketing campaigns for lead nurturing.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (ROI, CPL, CTR, Engagement, etc.).
  • Manage the company's social media platforms to build a strong digital presence.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with lead generation goals.
  • Research competitor strategies and market trends to improve performance.
  • Guide and support junior marketing executives (if any) and vendors/agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in
    digital marketing
    , preferably in the
    real estate or property sector
    .
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and Analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
