Job Brief

Silicornya Ltd. is seeking a
Senior Graphic Designer
to lead and elevate our creative design initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the conceptualization and execution of diverse print and digital assets, ranging from impactful marketing campaigns to intuitive application interfaces. Your work will shape visually compelling designs that strengthen our products, enhance client projects, and amplify our brand presence.

As a senior creative, you will mentor junior designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovative ideas from concept to delivery. We are seeking a design leader with strong creative vision, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to balance artistry with strategy to deliver meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Study design briefs and determine creative requirements.
  • Conceptualize and execute visuals for applications, marketing campaigns, and corporate branding.
  • Ensure projects are delivered with high quality and within deadlines.
  • Create illustrations, logos, and graphics using digital tools or by hand.
  • Oversee the design and production of online and offline marketing materials.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies for advertising and brand growth.
  • Perform retouching, editing, and manipulation of images.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding design needs.
  • Revise designs based on feedback to achieve the best final output.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director for final deliverables.
  • Mentor and delegate tasks to junior team members.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum
    2–3 years of professional experience
    in graphic design (corporate experience required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch, and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of layouts, typography, branding, print, and web design.
  • Portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
  • Knowledge of marketing, production, advertising, and multimedia design.
  • Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good listening and learning skills.
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Intermediate/advanced English (reading, writing, and communication).
