Job Context:

The Lead of Business Applications aligns enterprise software systems with organizational strategy. This includes roadmap definition, vendor management, compliance oversight, and integration of modern technologies like AI and cloud. Delivery is achieved through collaboration with business stakeholders and execution of key digital transformation projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with the senior leaders to align business applications with company strategy, digital goals, and financial targets.
  • Create and present dashboards, business cases, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
  • Define and implement enterprise application roadmaps.
  • Lead implementation of ERP, PLM, HRIS, MES and any business applications.
  • Ensure compliance and data security.
  • Manage application lifecycle and vendor contracts.
  • Drive system integrations and digital innovations.

Education and Required Qualification:

  • Masters in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Bachelor's in relevant technical discipline

Experience:

  • 12+ Years experience in Enterprise application management
