Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Coordinator located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Import Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the importation process, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and coordinating with customs brokers. Daily tasks include communication with ocean freight carriers, managing customer service inquiries, and handling import documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Import processes
    Customs Customs clearance.

Handle import operations for Machinery, Spare Parts, Yarn, Dyes, Chemicals, and Fabrics by coordinating with foreign suppliers, freight forwarders, and buyers.

To take duty benefit by analysis SRO and First Schedule by clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of customs UPDC-600, HS code & Inco terms -2020.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Ocean freight operations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
