Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Designer, located in Uttara. The Designer will be responsible for creating innovative design solutions for apparel and leather products. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, producing sketches, selecting materials, collaborating with the production team, ensuring quality, and staying updated with market trends. The Designer will also work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into unique designs.

Qualifications

  • Apparel and leather product design experience
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Ability to produce sketches and technical drawings
  • Strong knowledge of materials and textiles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Ability to work on-site in Uttara
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field
  • Experience in the export-oriented RMG industry is a plus
