Digital Marketing Solution (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for
"Graphic Designer (Advanced)"

. Your duties will include planning, implementing new design ideas and generating creative ideas for our business. Researching our competitors to design and implement new concepts.

𝐍𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬: 5

Mandatory Rules before Joining

  • Candidates will be on probation for 2-3 months before working as a full-time employee.
  • Candidates must sign an agreement to continue with DMS at least for 6 months upon confirmation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visual concepts and assets for a wide variety of digital, print and web-based projects.
  • Mastery of design principles (color theory, grid systems, layout, typography)
  • Expert proficiency with the latest Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Handle projects at all stages of development—from concept, design and presentation, through to production and delivery.
  • Challenge yourself to provide creative and innovative ways to solve clients' marketing goals, while delivering consistent, outstanding work on a daily basis.
  • Develop client proposals and presentations, research stock photography.
  • Create concept sketches, comps and wireframes, mood boards, storyboards with and without creative direction.
  • Strong command of Adobe suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Understanding of digital marketing and advertising design webbase
  • Experience designing for print and knowledge of the printing process and working with printers
  • Strong portfolio featuring examples of a clean design style
  • Understanding of responsive design and experience designing for mobile
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Develop designs in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects
  • Ability to create high quality vector illustrations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work onsite in our Uttara office, 10am-7pm, weekdays

Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience of graphics design in a marketing agency

  • BA/BS degree in design, marketing or a related field
  • Educational qualification can be compromised for seasoned designers.

• Weekend: Friday

Compensation

  • 20K - 25K (based of experience)
