About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative
UI/UX Designer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for clean design, a solid understanding of user-centered principles, and the ability to transform requirements into intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design modern, user-friendly web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with product managers and developers to
    understand user requirements
    and translate them into functional designs.
  • Create
    wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and prototypes
    to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Design
    user interfaces
    with consistency, accessibility, and usability in mind.
  • Conduct
    user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions
    to validate design decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain
    design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries
    .
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with
    UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging tools/technologies
    .

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Design, Computer Science, or related field
    (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a
    UI/UX Designer
    or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating
    UI design skills and UX thinking
    .
  • Proficiency in design tools such as
    Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
    .
  • Understanding of
    responsive design, mobile-first approach, and accessibility standards
    .
  • Basic knowledge of
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
