About the Role

WMarketing is seeking a skilled Motion Designer to produce engaging motion graphics and video

content for campaigns. This role offers creative freedom and the chance to build a strong portfolio while

collaborating with design and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, animate, and produce high-quality motion graphics and videos for marketing campaigns, social

media, and digital ads.

  1. Translate briefs and marketing objectives into visually engaging concepts and storyboards.

  2. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

  3. Organize project assets, manage timelines, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously without

compromising quality.

  1. Continuously explore and apply new motion design techniques, tools, and trends to keep content

innovative and relevant.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.

  2. Hands-on experience with motion graphics, animation, and video editing.

  3. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Figma is an advantage.

  4. Excellent eye for design, typography, color harmony, and animation aesthetics.

  5. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

  6. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
