Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Senior Denim Designer based in Uttara. The Senior Denim Designer will conceptualize, design, and develop innovative denim collections aligned with current trends and market demands. You will coordinate closely with the production and sourcing teams to ensure designs are executed to the highest quality standards. Additional responsibilities include presenting design concepts, ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability standards, and remaining up-to-date on global denim innovations and competitors.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Denim Design, Textile Design, and Garment Construction techniques
  • Proficiency in Fashion Illustration, Trend Forecasting, and Creative Ideation
  • Knowledge of Fabric Sourcing, Wash Techniques, and Material Development
  • Excellent Graphic Design skills utilizing tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong Project Management and Communication skills to collaborate across teams
  • Relevant professional experience in the denim or apparel industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field
  • Experience with sustainable denim practices is a plus
