Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled
UX/UI Designer
to join our product design team. You'll design modern CRM dashboards and AI interfaces for
INOM CRM
, translating complex data into clean, user friendly layouts. The role involves creating and maintaining a consistent design system and collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Design dashboards, task panels, and analytics views with intuitive user flow.
  • Develop and maintain a Figma design system (color tokens, typography, grids).
  • Create interactive prototypes and conduct user testing.
  • Design layouts for AI panels, chat assistants, and smart insight cards.
  • Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design for all breakpoints.
  • Collaborate with developers for pixel perfect implementation.
  • Participate in UX reviews and iteration cycles.
  • Maintain and update the UI library based on feedback and analytics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS or web app design.
  • Advanced
    Figma
    proficiency (auto-layout, variants, component libraries).
  • Strong understanding of
    UX flows, IA, and usability testing
    .
  • Portfolio showcasing dashboards, workflows, or B2B product design.
  • Familiarity with
    Material UI
    ,

    , or custom design tokens.
  • Clear communication in English and ability to present design decisions.
