About the Role

We're looking for a
UI/UX Designer

with a strong sense of creativity and a passion for building intuitive digital experiences. You'll be responsible for turning complex problems into elegant, user-friendly interfaces that delight customers and support business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
  • Create intuitive, visually appealing, and consistent user experiences across web and mobile.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, accessibility standards, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.
  • Proficiency with design tools (Figma).
  • Understanding of interaction design, user-centered principles, and responsive layouts.
  • Experience with usability testing and user research.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Motion design/animation skills.
  • Familiarity with Webflow or other low-code platforms.
  • Experience working in agile or startup environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience integrating APIs and advanced Webflow custom code.
  • Familiarity with other platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
