WMarketing is Hiring a Graphic Designer

Job Location: On-site

Who Should Apply?

  1. Designers with 2+ year of experience in graphic design.

  2. Individuals with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

  3. Team players who can follow direction and collaborate with the Art team.

  4. Those familiar with layout adaptations, resizing, and producing print/digital outputs.

  5. Designers who are comfortable handling the technical aspects—size, color codes, color separation, etc.

  6. Candidates who are proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Interpret creative briefs and collaborate with the client service team.

  2. Create, adapt, and resize approved layouts for various platforms and collaterals.

  3. Ensure accuracy in design outputs, from layout to final delivery.

  4. Execute four-color separation and apply proper color coding for printing.

  5. Support the Art team in executing visually compelling designs across campaigns.

  6. Maintain file hygiene and version control for efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed institution.

  2. At least 1 year of relevant experience.

  3. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other industry-standard design tools.

Salary: Negotiable (based on expertise and experience)

Working Days: 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday)
