Magpie Nest Group is looking for a visionary and results-driven
Business Development Manager

to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead strategic initiatives, manage high-performing teams, optimize processes, and ensure strong financial and operational performance. If you're a strategic thinker with the ability to execute and drive growth, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Strategic Planning & Business Growth:

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth across Magpie Nest's ventures in the UK and Bangladesh.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to support the Group's expansion goals.

Staff & Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business development professionals.
• Foster a high-performance culture with clear communication and goal-setting, promoting cross-functional collaboration.

System & Process Development:

• Architect and implement effective business development processes and systems that drive efficiency, scalability, and consistency across all functions.
• Streamline operations to support business goals and improve overall workflow.

Future Business Development & Innovation:

• Stay ahead of industry trends and lead innovative initiatives to expand business capabilities and enhance client satisfaction.
• Develop a forward-thinking business pipeline, ensuring Magpie Nest is prepared for future growth opportunities.

Financial & Performance Management:

• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance tracking across business development efforts.
• Ensure that business initiatives are delivered on time and within budget, with regular reports to the leadership team.

What You Must Have

• Fluent in English (Ability to Speak at a UK Native Level):

You must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently and clearly with UK clients and colleagues.
- Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks and Employees:

You should be skilled in handling various tasks simultaneously, managing employee performance, and ensuring efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.
