Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build partnerships with top universities and pathway providers worldwide.
- Manage and grow 's agent network by onboarding and training new partner agents.
- Develop and execute regional student recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets for partner institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school counsellors, education fairs, and local stakeholders.
- Represent at education fairs, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and promotional activities.
- Provide regular market intelligence, competitor insights, and performance reports to management.
- Support students and partner agents with updated program information, application processes, and visa guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international student recruitment, education consulting, or edtech sales.
- Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and building partnerships.
- Strong network of schools, universities, or education agents is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally when required.
