Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and build partnerships with top universities and pathway providers worldwide.
  • Manage and grow 's agent network by onboarding and training new partner agents.
  • Develop and execute regional student recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets for partner institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school counsellors, education fairs, and local stakeholders.
  • Represent at education fairs, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Provide regular market intelligence, competitor insights, and performance reports to management.
  • Support students and partner agents with updated program information, application processes, and visa guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international student recruitment, education consulting, or edtech sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and building partnerships.
  • Strong network of schools, universities, or education agents is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally when required.
  • Don't apply if you have proven experience in New Zealand & UK Student recruitment and visa processing.
