Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end management of Provident Fund (PF) and Service Benefit, including monthly contributions, calculations, settlements, withdrawals, member statements, and compliance with company policy and Bangladesh labor regulations
    (Mandatory).
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and audit schedules to support internal and external audit requirements.
  • Ensure proper VAT and Tax compliance through timely filing of Monthly VAT Returns, Withholding Tax returns, Annual Company Income Tax Return, and proper maintenance of all related documentation for PF and Service Benefit.
  • Support budgeting, costing, and variance analysis, providing financial insights to management for decision-making.
  • Preferred degrees are Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting.
  • Experience must be within 5-7 years.
  • Master's degree in Accounting from a reputed public university.
  • Completion of CA (part qualified) from a recognized Chartered Accountancy firm is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in managing Provident Fund (PF) and Service Benefit accounts is mandatory.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance, preferably within the textile/garments industry in Bangladesh.
  • Strong command of ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh VAT and Tax laws, compliance processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
