About the Role:

This role is for a strategic and data-driven digital marketer who thrives on turning creative ideas into measurable results. You'll lead multi-channel digital campaigns, optimize conversion funnels, and play a key role in generating high-quality leads that fuel business growth.

Position Overview:

    Minimum 5 years in marketing with a focus on performance and growth marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Email etc to generate qualified leads (MQL to SQL).
  • Collaborate with Sales, design, content, and product teams to create compelling campaign assets.
  • Design, build, and maintain the company's brand presence and customer engagement strategy.
  • Develop and manage marketing funnels tailored to different products and services.
  • Measure and report campaign performance using different analytics and tracking tools and report the ROI and KPIs to management.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Brainstorm and implement new growth strategies and customer acquisition tactics.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests, conversion experiments, and user journey optimizations.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Must have a BBA or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing automation, and web analytics tools.
  • Experience designing and managing digital marketing funnels.
  • Analytical and growth mindset with experience of using data to make decisions and prove hypotheses.
  • Excellent cross team communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
