Role Description

Limited is seeking a proactive and skilled professional to join the
Project & Development Team
. The role is responsible for ensuring
operational continuity for strategic clients
, managing
high-value strategic rollout projects
, and supporting
development and innovation initiatives within the telecom infrastructure domain
. The position requires strong project management capability, technical understanding, and the ability to collaborate across multiple internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate must demonstrate hands-on technical competence, analytical skills, and excellent communication proficiency, with the capacity to drive execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless maintenance and operational continuity through effective coordination with Strategic Clients, NOC, and regional field teams, ensuring timely incident resolution.
• Strong capabilities in Project Management, with the ability to manage and monitor high-value strategic projects and rollout activities from planning through execution.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and proactively escalate risks for timely decision making.
• Cross-functional collaboration with NOC, SCM, Finance, Projects teams, external partners, vendors, contractors and
  Strategic Clients.
• Support BOQ preparation, cost estimation, Work Order processing & financial documentation.
• Manage vendors & contractors, ensure SLA and documentation compliance.
• Maintain
  operational
  documentation, logs, incident records & project files for audits and future reference.
• Identify process bottlenecks & contribute to automation improvement.
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in EEE / ETE / CS / CSE / Telecommunications from a reputed university.
• M.Sc./MBA in Project Management or Operations Management is an added advantage.
• 7–10 years of experience in telecom infrastructure / NTTN / ISP-based project rollout & field operations.
• Project Management Training/Knowledge is mandatory
• PMP certification preferred
  ; HSE or ISO-9001 training adds value.

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• Hands-on expertise with: Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Sheets, Microsoft Visio, AutoCAD and KMZ.
• Knowledge of telecom infrastructure rollout (active & passive).
• Skilled in reporting, dashboard preparation & data-driven monitoring.
• Familiar with ERP/workflow automation systems (added advantage).

Language Requirement

• Strong proficiency in English (written & spoken) is mandatory
  ; IELTS 6.5+ will be considered a plus.
• Must be confident communicating with native English speakers.
• Ability to draft professional reports, emails & documentation independently.
