Job Objectives:
The Head of Sales & Operations for MIE English is responsible for leading the overall sales, marketing, and operational functions to achieve organizational growth. This role entails managing teams, executing both online and offline strategies, expanding partnerships, ensuring target achievements, and enhancing operational excellence across all MIE English branches.
Job Responsibilities:Offline Marketing & Sales
· Strategically plan, organize, and supervise marketing events such as seminars, workshops, education fairs, and promotional stalls.
· Drive B2B and B2C outreach to build and maintain strategic relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and corporate entities.
· Oversee the execution of field-level promotional campaigns like leafleting, poster distribution, and brand activation.
· Ensure consistent visibility and presence of MIE English across key educational zones.
Online Marketing & Sales
· Design and implement performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across platforms to generate quality leads.
· Oversee social media content, paid advertisements, and engagement strategies to enhance brand positioning.
· Monitor and refine online sales funnels to ensure maximum lead-to-conversion ratio.
Partnership Management
· Build and strengthen partnerships, particularly managing British Council IELTS Exam Registration centers.
· Identify and onboard new institutional partners to widen reach and revenue.
· Regularly communicate and follow up with partners for joint campaigns and compliance.
Business Development & Team Training
· Provide leadership, guidance, and ongoing training to Business Development Managers (BDMs).
· Set clear KPIs and review BDM performance through regular reports and team meetings.
· Strategize new revenue opportunities, including new course offerings and regional expansion plans.
Counselor Performance & Reporting
· Conduct regular training sessions to upskill counsellors in sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
· Supervise counselor productivity and maintain a clear reporting structure aligned with monthly targets.
· Ensure HubSpot tools and reporting systems are used effectively by all counselors.
Sales Strategy & Operational Growth
· Define and implement short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.
· Develop and execute growth initiatives including new territories, partnership MOUs, and channel diversification.
· Oversee operational efficiency across sales and service units to maintain high standards of customer experience.
Requirements:
· Education:
Master's degree (completed).
· 
Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in the relevant field.
