Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly capable and results-oriented professional to lead our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support Division for the Elevator business in Bangladesh. This senior leadership position requires a strategic and hands-on manager capable of driving business growth, guiding teams, and maintaining close coordination with our Japan Headquarters (Toshiba Elevator & Building Systems Corp.).

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and oversee the complete Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support operations.


• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.


• Manage major projects, client negotiations, and partnerships with developers, architects, and consultants.


• Supervise the full sales process—from inquiry and quotation to contract, delivery, and installation.


• Coordinate with Toshiba Elevator Japan for technical, commercial, and pricing approvals.


• Monitor installation progress and ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.


• Train, motivate, and evaluate sales and service teams for continuous improvement.


• Prepare periodic business performance and forecast reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.


• Minimum years of progressive experience in the elevator industry, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.


• In-depth understanding of elevator sales, installation processes, and client handling.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.


• Fluency in English and Bangla.

Compensation & Benefits:


• Fixed Salary: Tk 120,000/month


• Mobile Bill: Tk 3,000/month


• Transport: Fully provided


• Festival Bonus: 1 per year


• Profit Share Bonus: Based on annual performance
