Key Resposibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new B2B customers and government sectors.
  • Achieve personal sales targets and actively contribute to team-wide performance.
  • Develop strong relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders, including engineers, purchase officers, and plant heads.
  • Promote the value proposition of Shell Lubricants—highlighting product performance, reliability, technical support, and brand reputation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (technical support, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
  • Track market dynamics and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and capture new opportunities.
  • Prepare sales related documents manage end-to-end sales processes.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering from a reputed university.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in industrial B2B sales or technical/commercial roles. Freshers with strong domain knowledge and good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and follow-ups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools.
