Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing and Sales based in Dhaka. The Head of Marketing and Sales will be responsible for overseeing all marketing and sales activities, developing and implementing market strategies, conducting market research, managing public relations, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include leading the marketing team, planning and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends and customer needs, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research
  • Proven track record in Sales and achieving sales targets
  • Strong Public Relations skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the tech or software industry is advantageous
