Malik Seeds is an agri company in the middle of a bold marketing transformation — and we're looking for a Head of Brand and Marketing to help lead the charge. You'll be the brain and heartbeat of how Malik Seeds shows up to the world: on screens, in fields, across platforms, and in people's minds. From running point on our YouTube & Facebook content for farmers, to building entirely new verticals like Malik's Farm, Malik Flowers, and eCommerce, you'll bring our message to life with every pixel, post, and campaign.

Job Content/Summary

This isn't just a brand job. It's a movement. This role is equal parts strategy, storytelling, and planning. You'll lead a lean but growing media team, and transform them into a high-functioning internal agency. You'll craft campaigns that resonate with farmers in rural Bangladesh and speak to Dhaka's premium buyers. You'll build systems, mentor creatives, and launch content that feels fresh, exciting, and aligns with the Malik branding. Key Qualifications & Skill

• Someone who is working in a company that is doing innovative and modern marketing extremely well and has experience leading a team.
• A visionary, strategist, and executor rolled into one Passionate about media and brand building with an interest in agriculture
• Have a keen eye for trends — you know what's working on social media.
• Confident leading a creative team with the latest tools in the market.
• Able to translate abstract business objectives into concrete media outputs.
• Familiarity with AI and what AI tools will be useful for our marketing team.
• How we can incorporate AI tools into our processes where it needed.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
• This is a senior role with long-term growth potential.
• You'll play a core role in shaping Malik Seeds' national and international identity.
• As the media department grows, you'll be hiring more team members, building systems and acquiring equipment around your vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Leadership

• Own the overall brand strategy and content execution across all channels.
• Be the creative brain behind campaigns, launches, video concepts, and visuals.

Content Strategy & Execution Oversight
:

• Create and manage the content calendar and shoot plan across all channels*** (We are prioritizing heavily on the planning part).
• Lead ideation for content series: product explainers, farmer interviews, brand stories, new vertical launches (Malik Seeds, Malik's Farm, Malik's Fresh, Malik's Flower, etc.)

Team Leadership:

• Work with content
• Head of Brand and Marketing to supervise shoots, edits, design workflows, and publishing pipelines.
• Provide vision and creative direction for leadership team, designers and editors.

Marketing & Launch Campaigns:

• Plan and lead campaigns for Malik Farms, Malik Flowers, ecommerce, and new seed varieties.
• Stay ahead of trends in agri-marketing, social media, and storytelling formats Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Leadership to acquire field video.

Leadership:

• Position Malik Seeds as a forward-thinking, trusted agri-brand across Bangladesh.
• Encourage and enable using AI tools to improve our content production process
