Key Responsibilities

  • Lead brand communication strategies across digital and offline channels
  • Create high-impact reels, short-form content, and promotional videos
  • Develop compelling campaigns, offers, and event plans to boost engagement
  • Generate qualified leads through innovative digital marketing initiatives
  • Oversee B2B partnerships, corporate outreach, and collaboration programs
  • Manage content planning, copywriting, and brand aesthetics
  • Drive consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Maintain an upbeat, outgoing, and positive brand voice

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing (BBA preferred) from a reputed university
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, content strategy, and analytics
  • Proven experience in creating engaging social media content
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Energetic, expressive, and confident personality with a "can-do" mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Experience in event planning, activations, or partnerships is a plus
