Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Manager, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Brand Manager will oversee the development and implementation of brand strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and market presence. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating marketing and promotional initiatives, monitoring competitors, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The Brand Manager will also evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strategic thinking and brand management skills, including experience in planning and executing branding initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to craft compelling brand stories
  • Creative thinking and innovation to develop unique and impactful marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance
  • Collaboration and teamwork abilities to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and design teams
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and analyzing online engagement metrics
  • Experience with graphic design tools or familiarity with visual content creation is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Relevant experience in brand management in consumer goods or related industries is highly preferred
