Your Role in Our Mission
As a Senior Executive – Brand Management under FNmarkets, you will be responsible for shaping, executing, and protecting the brand across all touchpoints. Your role sits at the core of how FNmarkets communicates with its audiences—ensuring clarity, consistency, and credibility as the brand scales across regions and products.

You will manage end-to-end brand initiatives, coordinate with multiple teams and partners, and ensure every campaign, asset, and message aligns with FNmarkets' positioning, values, and business objectives. Your work will directly influence brand trust, visibility, and long-term market strength in the fintech and forex landscape.

How You'll Make An Impact
Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with FNmarkets' overall positioning and growth objectives.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand identity, messaging, and tone across all platforms and regions.
  • Support long-term brand planning by aligning day-to-day execution with strategic direction.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, manage, and optimize 360° brand campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support acquisition and awareness initiatives by aligning brand campaigns with performance marketing efforts.

Creative & Content Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative, Media, and Copy teams to produce compelling brand-led content.
  • Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Review and refine brand assets to maintain consistency across customer touchpoints.

Market & Performance Insights

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify brand gaps, opportunities, and differentiation strategies.
  • Monitor brand KPIs and campaign performance to assess effectiveness and impact.
  • Prepare reports and insights to support data-driven brand decisions.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage coordination with agencies, vendors, and production partners to deliver high-quality brand materials.
  • Support internal brand communication and alignment across departments.
  • Oversee brand guideline usage and ensure compliance across teams and external partners.

PR, Events & Visibility Support

  • Support PR initiatives, events, sponsorships, and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence.
  • Assist in ensuring consistent brand representation in public-facing initiatives and industry engagements.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within fintech, brokerage, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and integrated campaign planning.
  • Experience collaborating with creative, media, and performance marketing teams.
  • Ability to interpret brand and campaign performance data to guide decisions.
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with forex/CFD or fintech brands is a strong plus.

Your Pay & Perks

  • Monthly salary range: BDT 40,000 – 80,000.
