Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Strategy & Planning (BTL) (2 positions)

Responsibilities:


• Develop BTL campaign strategies, detail plans, and brand communication frameworks.


• Work closely with the creative and operations teams to bring BTL ideas to life.


• Prepare client proposals, concept decks, and pitch presentations.


• Conduct market and consumer insight analysis to support strategic recommendations.

Requirements:


• 2–5 years of experience in BTL marketing, brand strategy and planning in a reputable agency


• Strong understanding of activation, events, trade marketing, and brand development.


• Excellent presentation, research, and communication skills.
