Your Role

As an
Executive – Brand Communication (Experiential )
, you'll bring ideas to life on the ground.

You'll work with creative, client service, and production teams to plan and execute 360° experiential campaigns for some of Bangladesh's biggest brands.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in
    planning and execution
    of nationwide BTL activations, events, and roadshows.
  • Coordinate between clients, and internal teams for smooth on-ground implementation.
  • Develop activation concepts and brand experiences aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Prepare event proposals, timelines, budgets, and post-activity reports.
  • Monitor execution quality, manage field teams, and ensure brand compliance.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Mass Communication.
  • 1–2 years' experience in
    BTL, events, or activation agencies
    (freshers with strong enthusiasm may apply).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Passion for fieldwork, events, and creating real-world brand moments.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and attention to detail.
