We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven
Sales & Marketing Manager
to lead the project's marketing and sales operations, build investor and customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and yearly targets for The River Soul project.
  • Identify, engage, and convert potential investors, land buyers, and partners through both direct and digital channels.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; maintain CRM records and customer communications.
  • Conduct client meetings, property tours, and presentations to close deals.
  • Collaborate with management to develop attractive sales packages and financing options.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, and event-based) to promote The River Soul.
  • Manage social media, influencer partnerships, and digital ad campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Oversee design, content, and execution of marketing materials such as brochures, videos, and newsletters.
  • Organize property exhibitions, investor meetups, and on-site activation events.
  • Coordinate with PR and media agencies for coverage, branding, and awareness campaigns.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to management for product improvement, pricing strategy, and positioning.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a small team of sales executives and marketing associates.
  • Train the team on communication, negotiation, and project knowledge.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, digital marketing, and management teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication
    (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years
    of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in
    real estate, resort, or investment projects
    .
  • Strong understanding of property sales cycles, investor relations, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and social media platforms.
  • Passion for sustainability, agro-tourism, and lifestyle-oriented property concepts is a plus.
