Asst Manager

PMaspire is a global project management training and exam simulation provider having offices in Singapore, Canada and Bangladesh, helping project aspirants in 100 countries. PMaspire is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as Asst Manager - Training Sales. This role is ideal for someone with a strong corporate connection with a sales background and a passion for and corporate training solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our corporate training services by leveraging digital platforms, including e-marketing, social media, and website management, to drive revenue and achieve company goals. As part of a motivated sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing online sales strategies, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. As Asst Manager - Training Sales at PMaspire, you'll lead the corporate training sales, maintain client relationships. Requires 5 years sales exposure.

• Organize public and corporate training for PMP, Prince2, Sales Certification and PMO Certification program.
• You will be responsible for driving training business units including lead generation to closing.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve corporate training sales targets.
• Regularly engage with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Manage and grow a pipeline of potential corporate clients through networking, partnerships, and cold outreach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, training, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Training/Trade Course: Project Management,Marketing,sales

Experience

• 4-5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Solutions provider, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
