Roles & Responsibilities:

  • This position is responsible for group sales and team monitoring, aligning business strategies with market opportunities, overseeing business development, managing partnerships, and ensuring the integration of various business functions to drive growth and profitability.
  • Drive sales and business development of allocated business unit and achieve quarterly and yearly sales target
  • Drive team and ensure team sales for global franchise program, PMO software, LMS and other software products and team.
  • Drive partnership growth globally
  • Work closely with top management to achieve organizational strategic objectives.
  • Motivate and drive team members to achieve their individual goals
  • Manage risk and issues proactively

Salary : Fixed Salary of Tk 100,000 to Tk 120,000 / Per month [Depending on Experience]

Dhaka, Bangladesh

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience, preferably in IT and corporate sales (B2B) and partner management.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Preferred industry - Software/ IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm/Call Center.
  • Have the passion to make a difference
  • Must have a strong social media presence such as Linkedin, Facebook etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on an independent basis.
  • High motivation, honesty, flexibility, carefulness and reliability.
  • Well organized, keeps deadlines
  • Strong presentation skills, good communicator and motivator.
