Role Description

This full-time hybrid role is located in Dhaka, but some work from home is acceptable. The International Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating strategic marketing plans, managing international sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and developing relationships with key stakeholders. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, implementing marketing campaigns, and tracking performance metrics to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Strategic Planning, Business Development, Market Research skills
  • Experience in International Sales and managing marketing campaigns
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and global market dynamics
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree would be a plus
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
