Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Assistant Manager – Sales
to join our
Spare Parts Division
. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in
EEE or Mechanical Engineering
and at least
2 years of proven experience in spare parts sales
. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve spare parts sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and support.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management.

Requirements

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in
    Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)
    or
    Mechanical Engineering
    from a reputed university.
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    2 years of work experience in spare parts sales
    (automobile, heavy equipment, or machinery industry preferred).
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical/electrical spare parts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
