Role Overview

We are looking for a
highly motivated Senior Engineer – Technical Sales
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and proven experience in
industrial B2B technical sales
, with the ability to build lasting client relationships, propose tailored solutions, and achieve sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site visits to assess client needs and opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Present and propose customized technical solutions to clients
  • Negotiate, close sales, and manage agreements
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or Petroleum/Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience
    in industrial B2B technical sales
  • Strong
    communication, presentation, and negotiation
    skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently for site visits across Bangladesh

Compensation & Benefits

  • Probationary Salary:
    30,000 – 35,000 BDT/month (based on experience & expertise)
  • Post-Probation Benefits:
    Provident Fund, Gratuity, Lunch Subsidy, Leave Encashment, and additional perks
