
Technical Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The role involves lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets while aligning with the company's overall business development objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Identify and approach potential customers through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
Deliver persuasive sales presentations, negotiate contract terms, and close deals effectively.
4. Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
6. Collaboration with Marketing & Business Development:
Work closely with marketing and business development teams to execute targeted sales campaigns.
7. Sales Pipeline Management:
Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with lead details, sales progress, and follow-up actions.
8. Customer Service & Post-Sales Support:
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups, resolving concerns, and providing after-sales service.
9. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Prepare regular sales reports, track key performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
10. Continuous Learning & Development:
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Business development expertise and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to changing market dynamics and customer needs.
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales is a plus.
- Certifications in sales techniques, negotiation, or customer relationship management are advantageous.
