Nascenia Limited is a leading software development company in Bangladesh that works with clients across the globe, providing web, mobile, and enterprise solutions. We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our business in local markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and new clients.
  • Understand client requirements and work closely with the technical team to prepare and present proposals.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demos.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and client communication records using CRM tools to ensure timely and effective client communication.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and key competitors.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field from a reputed university.

Experience:

2+ years of experience in B2B sales in the software or IT sector.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of IT products and the software development life cycle is a plus.
  • Should have a network of contacts of key decision makers of business organizations.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • CRM and sales reporting tools.
  • Lead generation, prospecting, and client conversion.
  • Tech-savviness and familiarity with software/IT services.
