Position Overview

Otithee City & Resort is a premier hospitality and real estate brand known for blending modern urban luxury with serene resort living. We specialize in high-end development projects such as Otithee City & Theme Park (Dhaka–Mawa). We are currently seeking a dynamic
Sales Executive
to drive sales growth and client acquisition for our hospitality and resort share offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and nurture leads interested in resort shares, luxury accommodation packages, and related services.
  • Conduct sales presentations and follow-ups with potential investors and clients.
  • Promote package benefits such as deed registration, transferable ownership, annual resort stays, ride discounts, and dividend participation.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, corporate buyers, and partners to expand outreach.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare regular sales activity reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaign support and client servicing.
  • Represent Otithee City & Resort at events, meetings, and exhibitions when required.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and managing lead pipelines.
  • Strong presentation skills using MS PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of digital communication tools (Email, Zoom, WhatsApp).
  • Capability to compile sales reports and updates in MS Excel.
  • Understanding of hospitality real estate offerings and value propositions.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication (in English and Bangla).
  • Persuasive sales abilities and confidence in client engagement.
  • Self-motivated with strong goal-orientation and accountability.
  • Professional demeanor and relationship-building acumen.
  • Organized with good time management and adaptability under pressure.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or travel sectors.
  • Passion for luxury hospitality and real estate value proposition.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, customer-centric environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and client meetings.
