ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role in
Ruppur Nuclear Power Plant (RNPP), Ishwardi, Pabna,
for a Technical Account Manager. The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for providing account management, technical support, troubleshooting, sales, project management, and improving customer initiatives. Additionally, the Technical Account Manager will be managing customer accounts, identifying opportunities, and working proactively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
·
Achieve sales, collections, and focused product targets through existing customers and identify new opportunities in the assigned territory by visiting our customers on construction sites, or in offices and industries
·
Achieve productivity targets through disciplined sales execution (DSE) and applying a consultative selling model, including software and services
·
Follow 'Situational Selling Skills' principles for trade applications, Demos, VFM, INP, etc.
·
Follow laid down processes in finance, GCC, and supply chain for target completion
·
Build and grow relationships with customers to deepen engagement, providing them with the most innovative and cost-effective solutions
·
Monitor competitor activity and ensure leadership in share of wallet (SOW)
QUALIFICATIONS
·
2- 3 years of Experience in
"Sales"
or
"Business Development"
.
·
Fluent in the
Russian Language is a must.
·
Sales, Technical Support, and Engineering skills.
·
Sales and Project Management skills.
·
Ability to identify customer needs and develop solutions.
·
Ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
·
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
·
Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
·
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
·
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
·
Candidates having a driving license and motorbike riding skills will be at an added advantage.
