Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Associate-Chemical Ingredients located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Technical Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and offer technical and sales support. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing technical information about chemical products, and supporting customers through the sales process. The role also involves constant communication with customers, conducting trainings for customer staff, and collaborating with the internal team to make sure customers receive high-quality service and solutions.

  • Technical Sales and Sales skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Training and providing technical information
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Previous experience in the chemical industry is a plus
