Role Description

The Deputy Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring smooth functionality and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating with team members, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving abilities to maintain a well-organized and customer-centric store environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address customer needs effectively and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Strong Communication skills to foster teamwork, facilitate staff coordination, and maintain clear interactions with customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Store Management to oversee daily operations, manage stock levels, and ensure smooth business processes.
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to protect assets, minimize shrinkage, and ensure a secure store environment.
  • Leadership and organizational skills to manage and motivate team members effectively.
  • Prior experience in retail management is highly beneficial.
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
