Role Description

Position: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager

Department: Systems & Compliance

Vacancies: 01

Key Information:

  • Experience: 7-10 Years in Compliance Department (RMG Accessories, RMG or Washing Plant Preferred)

  • Salary: Market Competitive

  • Job Location: Gazipur (Factory)

  • Education: Graduate from any discipline.

  • Others Benefit: Provident Fund, Gratuity Fund, Mobile Allowance and others as per company policy

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Technical & Social compliance by monitoring and implementing as per audit CAP & buyer requirements.

  • To face audits like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT, Higg, RCS, GOTS, GRS, FSC etc., for different kinds of buyers.

-To maintain all of the issues of 'ACCORD'/ RSC and reputed buyers.

  • To keep up active support to Higg, Better Work, ILO, and other social & safety development programs.

  • To look after and manage buyers' compliance issues like H&M, Gap, Calvin Clain, Tommy Hilfiger, Tom Tailor, C&A, ALDI, KIABI, Ralph & Lauen, Primark, Next, Tchibo & Others.

  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Other Requirements:

  • Should have the concept of chemical handling

  • Good communication skills in both verbal and written aspects.

  • Good exposure.

  • Fundamental computer knowledge.
