Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandise Manager located in Dhaka. The Merchandise Manager will oversee day-to-day operations related to merchandising, including managing inventory, planning assortments, coordinating with suppliers, and developing strategies for maximizing sales. This role involves collaborating with sales and customer service teams to ensure product availability and optimize the customer experience. The Merchandise Manager will also analyze market trends and sales data to make data-driven decisions and enhance productivity.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
  • Customer Service and Sales skills to support customer experience and drive revenue
  • Experience in Inventory Management and planning product assortments
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed decisions
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in relevant inventory management software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
