Assistant Manager -Marketing & Merchandising

Job Description / Responsibility

Trust Knitwear Industries Ltd, 100% Export-Oriented Knit Composite (Green Project). (A Concern of Amanat Shah Group)

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop new markets, potential customers, and new orders through promoting organizational strength and maintaining continuous customer relations and communication
  • Prepare accurate costing sheets, negotiate prices with buyers, and ensure profitability for the company while maintaining competitiveness
  • Strengthen customer relationship and ensure order negotiation, confirmation & continuous follow-up.
  • Must be able to build relationships with master buyers & visit client offices for business development, negotiation & claim settlement purposes.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of knit (Top -Bottom) garments, Costing & Consumption.
  • Do market research to observe the business trends as well as find out competitors` information to make an internal strategy, as well as develop new service offers to clients.
  • Coordinate with the production & Quality team to ensure buyer demand.
  • Market visits regularly to develop new customers & retain the existing customers to achieve the target.
  • To perform any other task given by the management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
  • Bachelor's in Apparel Merchandising or B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments

Additional Requirements

  • The applicants should have experience in Knit Composite Garments.
  • Should have strong analytical and leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
  • Any professional degree in apparel manufacturing will add value.
  • Should be an excellent team member, with a very sharp, smart, and fair personality.
