Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for an Apparel Merchandiser. The Apparel Merchandiser will oversee the end-to-end process of garment production and sourcing, ensuring customer requirements are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with buyers and production teams, managing timelines and quality, maintaining customer communication, and ensuring compliance with pricing and delivery targets. The role involves ensuring the highest quality standards while assisting in addressing any production challenges effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients, production teams, and vendors.
  • Knowledge and experience in Sales, Retail, and Marketing, preferably in the apparel or garment industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in apparel production, sourcing, or merchandising is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of sustainable manufacturing practices and industry compliance standards is a plus.
