We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Retail / Merchandising Manager
to lead and oversee retail operations, merchandising strategy, and brand visibility for a reputed mobile phone brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving retail performance, ensuring exceptional in-store experience, and managing a strong network of retail outlets nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute retail and merchandising strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Supervise retail operations, monitor store performance, and ensure target achievement.
  • Plan and implement visual merchandising and brand activation campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to enhance retail strategy.
  • Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor inventory levels, pricing strategies, and stock display standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    10 years of experience
    in
    Retail / Merchandising / Sales Operations
    , preferably in
    Mobile Phone, Footwear, or FMCG
    industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    BBA (Marketing)
    or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in managing large retail networks and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent knowledge of retail market dynamics and merchandising best practices.

200,000 – 250,000
per month (based on experience and expertise).
