Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Merchandiser located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Trainee Merchandiser will assist in managing production schedules, coordinate with suppliers and factories, and ensure timely deliveries. Responsibilities include tracking orders, monitoring quality control, supporting design and development processes, preparing reports, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Understanding of Sales and Retail processes
  • Knowledge of Marketing strategies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
  • Previous experience in the apparel industry is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
