Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Product Development to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. The role will be responsible for developing new formulations, improving existing products, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of formulation development, raw material evaluation, and SOP preparation.


Key Responsibilities

Conduct feasibility, risk assessment, and pre-formulation studies for new products.

Formulate and develop new pharmaceutical products.

Re-formulate existing products to enhance quality, stability, and performance.

Develop alternative sources for raw materials and conduct source evaluations.

Prepare specifications for APIs and excipients for new formulations.

Draft and maintain SOPs and departmental documentation.

Manage and maintain formulation development–related machinery.

Support intra-departmental training and knowledge sharing.


Requirements

Master's degree in Pharmacy (M. Pharm) or equivalent.

4-5 years of experience in product development within a pharmaceutical company.

Strong knowledge of formulation science, raw material evaluation, and regulatory compliance.

Hands-on experience in SOP preparation and process documentation.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
